30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases made in Diggy Rollers. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Contact our support through the in-app support channel and we will help you.

After 30 days

After the 30-day window, refunds may still be granted on a case-by-case basis (for example, in cases of duplicate charges, technical failures, or where required by law). Please reach out and we'll work with you in good faith.

How refunds are returned

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

In-game items after refund

If a refund is granted for a coin pack, potion, or other in-game item, the corresponding items will be removed from your account.
